I assume responsibility to follow up with Physical Plant and Media Services to ensure adequate set up of my event. I also assume responsibility for all equipment, labor, mechanical, catering, and damage charges that are applicable. I realize due to limited equipment resources, my requests marked may not be honored. I realize due to previously scheduled events, mine might not be honored.
