The Music Department has a busy November planned with various concerts and events. See below for the remaining concerts and visit the Music Department Web site for details.
- Nov. 22: OLLU Choir Concert - Concert begins at 3 p.m. in Sacred Heart Chapel.
The Our Lady of the Lake University Chorus and the SAC-OLLU-SA String Ensemble will perform a Nov. 22 concert at OLLU that will feature “Gloria” by Antonio Vivaldi.
About OLL University Chorus: The chorus has a long and established tradition of choral performance at OLLU and is directed by Sister Madlyn Pape, CDP.
About SAC-OLLU-SA String Ensemble: The SAC-OLLU-SA String Ensemble, now in its third year, is a collaborative comprising string students from San Antonio College, OLLU and the community. Mark Denison, faculty member at San Antonio College, assumed the position of director in August.
- Nov. 23: OLLU Ensembles Concert - Featuring Providence Community Wind Ensemble, OLLU Jazz Ensemble and OLLU Flute Ensemble; concert begins at 7 p.m. in Thiry Auditorium.
