OLLU hosting Leadership Development Series for CPS Energy
Employees from CPS Energy are participating in a year-long development series at OLLU created by the Department of Leadership Studies. The Leadership Development Series is designed to increase each leader’s self-awareness and leadership abilities in areas such as emotional intelligence, strategy and organizational culture.
The first cohort completed the month-long training in June. The second cohort began the series on Aug. 22. A total of 250 mid-level and executive leaders will complete the development series over the next year.
“We are excited to partner with CPS Energy on this initiative,” said Dr. Esther Gergen, department chair for Leadership Studies. “This is a great opportunity to showcase our faculty and curriculum with the business community.”
